Overview
Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication scheme that allows a user to securely authenticate with a single set of credentials to any of several related, yet independent, software systems. Userpilot supports integration with more than 12 different identity providers. Integrating Userpilot with your identity provider (such as Google, Okta, or Azure) helps your organization save time and money as well as makes signing-in secure for your team.Requirements
- Userpilot organization active subscription on the Enterprise plan.
- Third-party Identity providers – e.g. Google, Okta, or Azure.
- Account Owner role with the ability to manage the identity provider metadata and enable SSO for the organization.
Enabling Single Sign-On
- Confirm that you have an Account Owner role within your organization.

Log in to Userpilot app and head over to the Authentication page under Settings.
- Click “SSO Enabled” button to enable SSO for your organization.
- Hit the “Configure Single Sign-On (SSO)” button to initiate the setup.
